Placing an ad in 9 steps

The 9 steps
- Property type — apartment, house, studio, room, etc.
- Location — address, city, county, Eircode
- Details — rent, deposit, bedrooms, BER, availability
- Amenities — everything from washing machine to garden
- Description — tell renters what makes this place special
- Photos — upload at least 8. Landscape orientation is best.
- Tenant requirements — pets, smoking, lease length
- Preview — see exactly what renters will see
- Publish — pick a plan and go live
Tips for great listings
- Photos matter most. Listings with 10+ photos receive 3× more enquiries.
- Be specific in the description. Mention transport, shops, parking.
- Reply fast. 48-hour responses are required.
